Read this PIN back to the SOC Box User.
Have the User press Back, then enter the 5 digit PIN. Each number on the keypad should light as it is pressed. The door/bypass should energize immediately after the 5th digit.
If the door/bypass energizes, proceed to the next step. If it does not, have the user repeat Step 2. If it is still unsuccessful, press the Get PINs menu link at the top of this page and repeat all steps. If the SOC Box still does not energize please call (585) 924-7810 for additional assistance.
